The gremlins in your head like us to believe that we aren’t going to be able to cope with negative emotions. The fact is we CAN cope with such emotions. It has been proven that once we sit with such emotions for 15 minutes, the strong feeling of that emotion passes.
Allow yourself a 15 minute block of emotion and not seek to push that emotion away.
