As founder of Blossom Tree Wellbeing, I welcome you to browse the services on offer. My name is Elle King and I am a qualified counsellor and Mindfulness Now accredited teacher and practitioner. My clinic can offer you private one to one psychotherapeutic counselling, group counselling and provides therapeutic workshops. I offer mindfulness meditation sessions and programmes to suit your individual requirements. COUNSELLING

Every individual and journey is unique. Our range of services aims to cater for this. Whether your anxiety requires embarking on one-to-one sessions, or your loneliness would benefit from the group counselling, there is a service that will achieve the best result for you. The first step is to get in touch and we can assess together your requirements and goals.

One to One Psychotherapeutic Counselling
Individual designated time to work through your mental health issues. Gain a nurturing relationship with the counsellor that will help guide you through your individual challenges and put you back in the driving seat to move forward in your emotional journey.

Group Counselling
Join a like-minded group of individuals. Help each other with the benefit of the experienced counsellor, explore the challenges that face the group and feel the benefit of moving towards a healthier outcome together.

MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness – living in the present moment and not letting your mind run away down a path that can contain negativity. In a busy world mindfulness might not be on the top of your to-do list. Do you need a calmer approach to your life? Do you want to stop your mind racing and introduce some self-care into your daily routine?

Mindfulness at Blossom Tree Wellbeing can help you to calm both your mind and body. Our Mindfulness practice will teach you how to be Mindful and guide you into learning the art of meditation and gentle movement.

TEACHING

Blossom Tree Wellbeing provides face to face remote and blended teaching solutions. Teaching of Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills & Theory is offered.
