Mindfulness is living in the present moment. Essentially, it means being intentionally more aware and awake to each moment and being fully engaged in what is happening in one’s surroundings, with acceptance and without judgment. Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. It combines meditation with the practice of mindfulness, which can be defined as a mental state that involves being fully focused on “the now” so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. Here at Blossom Tree Wellbeing our Mindfulness practice will teach you how to be Mindful and I will guide you into learning the art of meditation and gentle movement.

'Mindfulness Now' 8 week programme

Mindfulness Now is a unique mind and body 8 week programme incorporating a fusion of key elements, from MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), where I invite clients to meet weekly and learn how to integrate mindfulness principles into the challenges of every-day life. The goal of MBSR is to empower individuals in using their own resources towards stress-related issues experienced in the form of pain, anxiety, depression, chronic or potentially terminal illness, difficult thoughts & emotions, fatigue, anger, irritation, losses, painful life events and more. It is also suitable for individuals who would like to deepen their mindfulness practice, or just anyone who values well-being and wants to live a more balanced and harmonious life.

8 x weekly clinic based sessions, of 75 minute per session.

Detailed individual assessment.

Personalised one to one mindfulness meditation sessions.

The developing / learning of awareness, achieved through mindfulness practice.

The learning of an appropriate attitudinal framework which includes, acceptance, non-striving, and seeing with beginners eyes.

End of course detailed course programme with your learning journey, allowing you to continue on your new learnings.
